Getting started
How does the free trial work?
You get full access to your dashboard for 14 days, free. A card is required to start the trial, but you're not charged until it ends — cancel before day 14 and you pay nothing.
How long until I see my data?
Your dashboard starts filling in as soon as you connect your accounts. Most dashboards are fully live within a few hours — well inside your free trial.
Do I need to share my login or password?
No. You connect each account yourself through its own secure login — a few clicks when you sign up. We never see or store your passwords, and the connection is read-only, so we can only read your analytics.
Do I need to know anything about analytics?
No. That's the whole point. The dashboard is built to be readable in 30 seconds by someone who's never used an analytics tool. If a number looks weird, email us and we'll explain.
What platforms do you support today?
Instagram, Google Business Profile, and TikTok. If there's a specific platform you'd want, let us know — we prioritize based on what customers ask for.
The service
What if my data stops updating?
That's our problem, not yours. We monitor the data pipeline and fix issues, usually before you'd notice. If you ever do spot something off, email us and we'll look into it the same day.
Will you tell me how to improve my Instagram?
Not directly — we're an analytics service, not a marketing consultant. But the dashboard is designed to show you what's working so you can do more of it. If you want strategic advice, we can refer you to local marketers we trust.
Can I add more accounts?
The standard plan covers one account on each platform we support — Instagram, Google Business Profile, and TikTok. If you run multiple businesses or several accounts on one platform, email us and we'll work something out.
Billing and cancellation
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Month-to-month, no contracts. Cancel any time — from your account or by emailing us — and it takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Cancel during your free trial and you're never charged.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There's no setup fee and no onboarding charge — just $49/month after your free trial. Your dashboard sets itself up automatically when you connect your accounts.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your dashboard is disabled, and your data is retained for 30 days in case you change your mind. After 30 days, we delete it. If you want a copy before that, ask and we'll send it over.
Do you charge sales tax / GST?
Not currently — the price you see is the price you pay. If we're required to collect GST/HST in the future, we'll give you notice before it affects your bill.
Data and security
Where is my data stored?
In Microsoft Azure SQL, hosted in Canada. Same level of security and uptime that banks and government agencies use.
Can other customers see my data?
No. Every customer's dashboard is filtered to show only their own data. Other customers never see your numbers and you never see theirs.
Do you have permission to post on my behalf?
No. We have read-only access to your analytics — we can see your post performance, but we can't post, like, comment, or message anyone. The connection is read-only by design.
