Hi, I'm Keith.

I built Rocky Mountain Analytics so local businesses could finally see what their social media is actually doing.

I've always been a data person. There's something satisfying about taking a question someone's been carrying around — “is this actually working?” — and turning it into an answer they can act on. I've spent years working with that question, and what kept striking me was how often small businesses were stuck without one. They'd be posting on Instagram every week, hoping it was doing something, but the tools out there were either built for marketing teams that don't exist at small companies or they were free insights that didn't really say anything useful.

Rocky Mountain Analytics is what happens when you take the analytics setup big brands pay agencies for, strip out everything a small business doesn't need, and run it as a service. You don't have to learn anything — I handle the technical side and you get answers. I'm based in Calgary, and most of my customers are within driving distance. That's deliberate. Big SaaS companies treat customers like ticket numbers; I'd rather know my customers, understand their businesses, and be the person they can actually pick up the phone and call.

What I believe.

Small businesses deserve the same insight big brands get.

You shouldn't have to be enterprise-scale to know what's working.

You shouldn't have to learn a new tool to answer a simple question.

That's what a service is for.

Local matters.

I'd rather have 50 customers I know by name than 5,000 I never meet.

Where I work from.

I'm based in Calgary, Alberta. Most of my customers are within driving distance, and I like it that way. If you're local, we can meet in person any time — coffee, your office, wherever works. If you're not local, email and phone work just as well.
