You start your free trial
Create your account and start your 14-day free trial. A card is required to start, but you're not charged until the trial ends — cancel before then and you pay nothing. Total time on your end: about 2 minutes.
You connect your accounts
Right after you sign up, the portal walks you through connecting each account — Instagram, Google Business Profile, TikTok. You connect them yourself, straight through each platform's own login, so you never share a password with us. It's a few clicks each. Total time on your end: about 5 minutes.
Your dashboard fills in automatically
Once your accounts are connected, your data starts loading on its own — no waiting on us. Most dashboards are fully live within a few hours, and we double-check that everything looks right. You can sign in the whole time and watch it fill in.
After that, your dashboard updates daily, automatically. You sign in any time. We handle the rest.

What happens when something goes wrong.
Stuff occasionally goes wrong. A platform changes their API, our data pipeline hiccups, a refresh fails overnight. When it happens, here's what we do:
We monitor your data pipeline and start working on issues the same morning. Most are fixed within a few hours and you never know they happened. If something needs more time, we email you with what's happening, what we're doing about it, and when to expect normal service back.
If you ever notice something off before we do — a number that looks wrong, a chart that's not loading — email us at KeithTwohig@rockymtnanalytics.com and we'll look into it same business day.

Right now we cover Instagram, Google Business Profile, and TikTok. We add new platforms to your dashboard at no extra cost, and we prioritize them based on what customers ask for — so if there's a specific platform you'd want, mention it when you sign up. That vote actually counts.
